We had a wonderful stay with outstanding service from the staff. Motor scooter rental nearby allowed us to explore the area conveniently. The hotel's location close to the beach made it easy to enjoy the pristine beach and water. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

Whilst the restaurant and bar staff were great the reception staff came across as very arrogant on occasions. To give an example; my wife was pregnant and I'm on a diet so we mainly drunk non-alcoholic drinks. The price of a fruit juice cocktail was 12.50 Euros which was the same price as an alcoholic cocktail!! We complained about this when we were shown the final bill and the reception staff explained that it was on the price list (which we'd never seen). One of the members of staff then walked off, tutted and sighed which was rudeness at a level which I've never experienced before from hotel staff. I would recommend that the reception staff either be replaced OR attend the same customer service training as the restaurant staff.

the location couldn't be more good. it is very close to the airport. comfy bed, i slept like a baby.

The beach was beautiful and the water was crystal clear. The breakfast selection was good with plenty of options to choose from. We also really enjoyed the stunning ocean views from our room. It was a great location with easy access to nearby attractions.

The room was not well soundproofed, so we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. The cleaning staff entered the room while the "Do Not Disturb" sign was on display.

The hotel is nestled in an idyllic location, adjacent to an executive golf course, and there are great restaurants nearby to experience local food. The beautiful beach is a highlight and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are well-appointed with sun loungers and towels provided. The breakfast is delicious with a good variety of food.

The walls in the rooms are paper-thin, which can be disruptive and make it difficult to sleep.

I had an incredible stay at this place! The location on a beautiful bay was absolutely breathtaking. With its private beach access, I was able to relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the glorious beach with its clean white sand. The service provided was top-notch, from the friendly staff at the front desk to the hardworking chambermaids. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet near the beach was a great way to start the day. my experience here was truly luxurious and enhanced with the quality services provided.

Despite the chilly weather, spending Christmas on a private beach was stunning. The service was satisfactory. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide range of delicious options for guests to enjoy. The location was convenient and perfect for beach lovers.

Our experience was let down by a few aspects. Our room had a faulty AC unit that blew warm, smelly air instead of the cool air. The fixed dinner menu was boring and not worth the price. The reception staff was dismissive and not helpful. not worth the money spent.
